TinyPrd Terms of Service

1. Who we are

TinyPrd builds small, focused software products. Product-specific terms may supplement these Terms and will control if there is a conflict for that product.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use TinyPrd products.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use TinyPrd for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not upload or submit content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to TinyPrd systems.
• Do not submit malware or content that infringes others' rights.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TinyPrd a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the product you use.

6. AI-generated output

Some TinyPrd products generate output using AI systems. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, and it is not professional legal, medical, financial, or educational advice.

7. Beta products

Beta products may change, break, lose data, or be discontinued. Use beta features with reasonable caution and keep your own copies of important information.

8. Payment

If a paid plan is offered, fees, billing cycles, cancellation terms, and refund rules will be shown before purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual property

TinyPrd, including its software, designs, brands, and content, is owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant rights except the limited right to use TinyPrd as permitted.

10. Disclaimers

TinyPrd is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyPrd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

You may stop using TinyPrd at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue a product.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
