TinyPrd Terms of Service
These Terms govern tinyprd.com and participation in the invite-only Lattice private beta. An invite request does not guarantee access, and an invitation may not be transferred.

1. Eligibility and beta scope
You must be at least 16 years old and able to accept these Terms. The initial private beta is offered to individual invitees and is not approved for institutional deployment.
2. Accounts
This build uses email magic-link authentication only. Keep access to your email account secure and tell us if you believe your beta account has been compromised.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You permit TinyPrd to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and support the beta.
4. Model output
Lattice can generate memory candidates and review content. Output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it before relying on it; the beta does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or educational advice.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.
- Do not bypass limits, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not submit malware or use the beta to harm another person or system.
6. Private-beta operation
The beta may change, fail, lose data, or be discontinued. Keep your own copy of important material. Access may be suspended or ended to address misuse, security risk, or discontinuation.
7. Existing-customer administration
New checkout is closed. Stripe is used only for the existing-customer portal and cancellation during this private-beta period.
8. Deletion and ending use
You may stop using the beta at any time. Self-service production deletion acceptance is disabled; contact support@tinyprd.com to request account deletion.
9. Disclaimers and liability
TinyPrd is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, TinyPrd is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or decisions made from generated output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
