Lattice Terms of Service

1. Lattice beta

Lattice may be provided as a beta product. Features, sync behavior, availability, limits, and pricing may change before public launch.

2. Accounts

Cloud AI, feedback, and Supabase sync require Sign in with Apple and a Lattice account. Local offline mode may work without an account, but signed-out users will not have cloud sync or cloud AI access.

3. Your study content

You retain ownership of your notes, memories, and review data. You grant TinyPrd a limited license to process saved Lattice data only to provide, secure, support, and improve Lattice for you.

4. AI output

Lattice can generate memory candidates and review content using AI systems. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you are responsible for reviewing saved memories before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use Lattice for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass limits, abuse cloud AI, scrape, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Lattice systems.

6. Account deletion

You may delete your Lattice account from Settings. Account deletion is intended to remove synced cloud data and the Auth user, then clear local app data after the server-side deletion succeeds.

7. Disclaimers and liability

Lattice is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyPrd is not liable for indirect damages, lost data, or decisions made based on AI-generated output.
