iOS beta disclosure
Data collected for the Lattice iOS beta is linked to the user, used for app functionality, and not used for tracking.
Information we collect
Account identifiers
We collect your Supabase Auth user ID and, when Apple provides it, your Sign in with Apple email address to authenticate you and operate account-backed sync.
User content
We collect saved subjects, saved memories, scheduling state, review logs, and cloud AI/review content processed through the Lattice Supabase Edge Function.
Feedback
We collect beta feedback text you submit from Settings so we can support you and improve app operation.
Diagnostics
We collect app version, hosted model, agent mode, API/sync status, request metadata, and sanitized diagnostics used to operate and troubleshoot the beta.
Information not synced in v1
Raw pasted source text and chat transcripts are not synced in v1. Source app bundle IDs, source app names, source URLs/titles, source kind, entrypoint, source hashes, and normalized source hashes are not synced in v1.
Local device storage
The local SwiftData cache is not Apple-cloud backed. Signed-in users restore synced saved memories from Supabase, not Apple CloudKit. Deleting the app deletes the local cache on that device.
Cloud AI
Cloud AI calls go through the Lattice Supabase Edge Function; no hosted AI provider key is stored in the app. Cloud AI content is processed to provide the requested app functionality and is not used for tracking.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and maintain your Lattice account.
- To sync saved subjects, memories, scheduling state, and review logs.
- To run cloud AI and review features you request.
- To receive beta feedback, troubleshoot diagnostics, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
Tracking
The Lattice iOS beta does not use collected app data for tracking. We do not use third-party tracking SDKs, third-party advertising identifiers, or cross-app/cross-site tracking for the iOS beta.
Sharing and subprocessors
Lattice uses service providers for authentication, database, hosting, model inference, and operational support. These providers process data only under our instructions. We do not sell Lattice data or share it with advertising or data-broker services.
Retention and deletion
We keep Lattice account and synced memory data while your account is active or as needed to provide the beta. Users can delete their account from Settings. Account deletion removes synced Supabase rows and the Auth user, then clears local memories on the device after the server-side deletion succeeds.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable by emailing support email.
